Abstract:

The problem of the quality of services provided by cultural institutions begins to exist in the late Soviet period. Over time, the understanding of quality and the factors affecting it change. Monitoring the quality of social and cultural services allows us to identify the weaknesses and strengths of the activities of cultural institutions, which is considered on the example of the village of Leningradskaya.
