Abstract:

Is play an effective way to learn a modern foreign language? Learning through play, and especially the study of foreign languages, takes an increasingly important place in educational programs of all levels of education. Play allows the child to discover different roles, develop imagination and express themselves as a person. In turn, the teacher needs to create an educational environment conducive to high-quality learning of a foreign language, causing pleasure and desire to learn. Thus, in this article we will try to answer the question: what is the role of play in English lessons in high school?
