Abstract:

This article contains material about the history of the sugar factory «Tikhoretskiy». In the study of which the author relied on archival documents and memoirs of factory workers. Tikhoretsky sugar mill has a rich history. It was born on the wave of enthusiasm of the fifties of the last century and was able to become the flagship of the food industry of the region. The glory and pride of the Tikhoretsk sugar mill for all decades is the inexhaustible enthusiasm of each employee.
