Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problems of Kalmyk traditions in the sphere of urban population of Elista and the efficiency of leisure facilities. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that all complex issues can be solved if the leisure of the residents of Elista, held in the domestic space, will expand its boundaries and will closely interact with a specially organized leisure, able to purposefully transform. In the course of the work, both General scientific and specialized research methods were used: dialectical, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, design, comparative, observation and survey methods.
