Abstract:

The article reveals the main directions of the socio-economic policy of the Bolsheviks on the material support of the red army soldiers and their families during the Civil War. The mechanism of the implementation of cash subsidies, the distribution of rations, solving housing and household problems. The conclusion is drawn about the effectiveness and efficiency of the military mobilization system of Soviet power.
