Abstract:

Assessing the quality of sociocultural services at the present stage is becoming an important factor in the development of the entire sphere of culture. Research into this problem on a full scale has begun recently. It has been revealed that the consumer of sociocultural services is twofold: it is society as a whole, and individual individuals. They have different key needs, hence the difficulty of adequately assessing the quality of services provided.
