Abstract:

Among the questions the article deals with are the following ones: teaching the English language to persons with special needs, several up-to-date methods for teaching to people under consideration, some current challenges in the sphere of education of persons with disability. In addition, there is a review of special facilities of international English exams, which make such exams open to persons with disables.
